Our procurement strategy is to provide a quality service and negotiate best pricing to enable Northgate to meet and exceed customer expectations. Our experience and capabilities enable us to secure and deliver major projects which are dependant on effective procurement, from initial market understanding and engagement through to ongoing contract management.
At Northgate we carefully evaluate and align suppliers who are identified as having the capability to meet our customer and business requirements in relation to quality of product or service, pricing and value added service.
