Northgate Managed Services specialises in providing flexible ICT managed service solutions to organisations of all sizes across a wide range of sectors. From outsourcing your complete ICT infrastructure to managing an individual element, we can tailor our solutions to meet your individual needs.

Working in partnership, Northgate has a wealth of experience in delivering managed service solutions, we:

  • support over 1,200 schools and 380,000 learners and teachers in the UK, delivering the largest education ICT managed service programme in Europe
  • manage the largest utility ICT contracts in the UK, responsibe for the distibution and supply of almost 750 000 homes and businesses
  • support over 10,000 local authority IT users and is working in partnership with them to support their transformation agenda

As an independant provider we develop technology partnerships to ensure that we deliver the best possible service for our customers.

Our managed services are underpinned by our ITIL Service Desk which support organisation's IT infrastructure 24/7 and offers much more than resolution of IT issues. Using ITIL best practice service management tools, we ensure it delivers strategic outcomes, not only addressing the technology issues but the business' performance as a whole, maximising the return on investment.

We have been working in partnership with Hartlepool Borough Council since 2001, delivering a complete end-to-end ICT Managed Service solution.
