Northgate Managed Servicses announces David Hyland as Managing Director for Education

Northgate Managed Services today announced the appointment of David Hyland as managing director for the education business unit, of its UK operation. He will be responsible for business strategy, education acquisitions, local education partnering and engagement with Central Government Agencies.
As a qualified accountant and chartered company secretary, David has extensive experience of working at director and CEO level and specialises in delivering projects, negotiating contracts and leading businesses in the PFI and education sectors.
Following his appointment as Northgate’s BSF director in 2004, David led the Northgate BSF team to an order book in excess of £75m and has established an Education Management Team that has grown revenues from £18m to £35m over the last two years, positioning Northgate as one of the top suppliers of PFI Education Managed Services in England, building upon the long track record of success in Northern Ireland.
