Residents dwell on Housing Hartlepool's "splendid" new service

Housing Hartlepool, Hartlepool’s largest registered social landlord, today reveal the success of its new 24 hour repair line, which is being delivered to residents in partnership with Northgate Information Solutions, a leading provider of ICT and managed services solutions.

Working in close partnership with Housing Hartlepool, Northgate is providing a comprehensive ICT managed service, and one of the key services that Northgate has recently implemented has been the 24 hour repair line, which residents can use to report any repairs required.

Northgate’s managed service has provided an exceptional level of service quality, with a quick turnaround in reporting the repairs on behalf of the residents. This is supported by residents, who have been keen to praise the new service.

One rang to congratulate the company on the new repairs service. He was “very impressed” with the service that he had received. Another resident rang to compliment Housing Hartlepool on the new repairs service. She was offered an appointment and knew when the gas fitter was calling. She said it was “a splendid, efficient service”.
