Northgate Managed Services has won a number of 5 year managed service contracts with Viridian Group Companies against stiff competition.
Northgate Managed Services has won a number of 5 year managed service contracts with Viridian Group Companies against stiff competition.
Viridian, Ireland’s leading independent energy group, which includes Northern Ireland Electricity, NIE Energy and Viridian Power & Energy, has awarded Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts to Northgate following a lengthy procurement process, which attracted submissions from a number of the world’s leading technology and outsourcing specialists.
With the overall aim of providing Viridian Group companies with the most cost effective, flexible and high performing ICT systems and services available, Northgate will retain responsibility for managing the Group’s ICT infrastructure, networks, software applications and disaster recovery facilities. Northgate will also provide a range of BPO services to two of the Viridian Group companies.
Northgate will be working in partnership with eircom Northern Ireland on the implementation of a fully refreshed data network and upgraded IP telephony service.
