Change Management
Northgate recognise that if real transformation in education is be be achieved, change management is one of the most important activities. Within the BSF program renewing and replacing buildings and improving the ICT provision alone will not be enough to improve the outcomes for learners. They are simply enablers in a much wider process.
Northgate partner with experienced Educational Change Management professionals to ensure that the full benefits of transformational ICT can become a reality. This includes:
- Bespoke development programmes for each school
- Engagement with all stakeholders
- Development needs analysis
- Immersion in each schools culture
In Kent for example, Northgate introduced a Interim Managed Service in order to achieve early engagement with all key stakeholders and build up good working relationships. This enables Northgate to work closely with each school to develop a solution which fully meets their ICT needs. Over 80 participants have taken part in a total of 261 days worth of training as part of this process to support their Continued Professional Development.
