Northgate Service Desk - Peace of mind that your IT is working to allow you to teach

When issues do arise we believe it is important that you can speak with a member of our team who has an appropriate level of technical skill, but also someone who knows your school and is familiar with your requirements, services and systems.

Our Service Desk support team is made up of specialist technicians who can either talk you through fault resolution or make use of our remote management tools to take control of your desktop or server and resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely we will contact a school based technician to deal with the problem onsite.
