Pension"My Pension" is a flexible, low cost and tax efficient pension plan and Northgate will make generous payments into your plan if you contribute. Your own payments attract tax relief from the government making your money go further, and if you contribute using salary sacrifice your payments will also be exempt from National Insurance. Entry to our pension scheme is open to all employees. |
Health and wellbeingAll our employees benefit from free private medical cover. We also provide a company wide Occupational Health Service and access to professional counsellors if you need to share a problem. Employees can also choose to buy private dental and health assessments. |
Hours37.5 hours a week is pretty typical, although we try to be flexible wherever possible to allow you to balance work with other things that matter. If it fits with the needs of the business, it may also be possible to work extra hours and take time off in lieu. |
HolidaysWe believe people who work hard need time off to relax. You can expect a minimum of 22 days' annual leave, rising to 26 with longer service. There's also a scheme that allows you to buy or sell your holiday. Career breaks are possible under certain circumstances. |
