So, what happens after you've had the good news that you've been offered a job at Northgate Managed Services? Our induction has three key steps; 1. Each new employee is invited to join a one day training course which covers Northgate's strategy, plans, structure, services, culture and values. Its also a great opportunity to meet other new employees and start to build your internal network.
2. Each employee is required to complete a number of compulsory e-learning modules to introduce some of our policies and procedures.
3. Your manager will conduct a 1:1 structured induction covering local and department specific information.
