Our key priorities are promoting sustainability in the markets in which we operate, respecting and involving the people with whom we work and engage and safeguarding the environment for future generations.

We encourage all of our employess to get involved - each employee is given a paid volunteering day each year to use as part of a team volunteering event in our local community.
We also work with Business in the Community, E-skills and the Princes Trust on a number of programs to support education and employability programs.
