Andy Ross Chief Executive
Andy Ross has spent 30 years working in Information Technology and has held senior roles in some of the UK's leading IT services organisations, including Sema Group, EDS, KPMG Consulting and Atos Origin. Andy joined Sx3 in March 2004, and following the acquisition by Northgate in April 2005 took on the role of leading Northgate Managed Services. He has responsibility for developing the business both organically and through acquisitions, and he also reports to the Northgate Board on Corporate Responsibility. Andy is a member of the Prince's Trust Technology Leadership Group, the PITCOM CEO Forum and is on the NI Employer Board for E-Skills UK.

Julian Phipps Chief Financial Officer
Julian joined Northgate at the beginning of 2008. Prior to joining Northgate Julian held senior finance positions in the IT industry at SunGard Availability Services and Parity Software Services. Julian is responsible for Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Business Change, Quality and Business Continuity activities at Northgate Managed Services.

James Turnbull Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions and Education
James Turnbull has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. James began his career with Unisys, working on specialists projects before moving into Sales. James joined Northgate with the acquisition of Sx3 in 2004, where he was previously Managing Director of the Infrastructure business. James has a degree in Engineering and Management from Strathclyde University, Glasgow.

Ed Brown Managing Director, Utilities & Third Sector
Ed Brown joined Northgate in 2005. Prior to his appointment Ed held a number of senior IT consultant roles at Deloitte, where he was a Partner and Arthur Anderson. Ed is Chairman of Momentum, Northern Ireland's IT Industry Group.

Kevin Garrod Transformation Programme Manager
Kevin has worked in the Information Technology industry for 10 years. Prior to joining Northgate, Kevin held several senior positions at SunGard Availability Services. He is responsible for managing programmes of change to ensure the development of central functions to provide support across all business units within Managed Services.

Dennis Quinn Legal Services Director
Dennis Quinn joined Northgate through the acquisition of SX3 where he held a number of senior positions. Dennis leads the Legal and Commercial function providing legal & commercial advice on contractual matters arising from existing & prospective agreements.

Eleanor Lee Marketing Director
Eleanor Lee is responsible for Northgate Managed Service's UK marketing and communications activities. Eleanor is also responsible for CSR within Northgate Managed Services and works closely with Business in the Community and the Prince's Trust. Eleanor joined Northgate in 2005 and has over 15 years experience in marketing and management, having previously worked in Product Management in the pharmaceutical industry. Eleanor has a degree in Economics from Queens University and an MBA from University of Ulster.

Peter Thompson HR Director
Peter Thompson joined Northgate as HR Manager for Northgate Managed Services in 2006. Peter is responsible for the HR function that provides strategic and operational HR support and has over 18 years experience in HR and line management in the IT, Telecoms, Retail, Construction and Publishing sectors.
