Northgate Managed Services designed, implemented and now manages a flexible, secure and resilient IT infrastructure supporting Strutt & Parker's growing reliance on ICT systems to deliver an improved experience for their clients. The solution will cover data centre services and end user devices. Over 800 staff will be able to access the right systems, applications and data securely across Strutt and Parker's 50 corporate and commercial locations across the UK, in or out of the office.
Northgate has built, owns and manages the ICT infrastructure on behalf of Strutt and Parker, which has been designed to be flexible enough to support new mobile technologies as the company grows. This service will be delivered from Northgate's ITIL certified centre of excellence in Belfast and using Northgate's national engineering team to provide local support at Strutt and Parker offices throughout the UK.
