BITC Cares Challenge
A programme which promotes employee volunteering in the community. During the last year teams painted classrooms in primary schools and worked in the gardens of a children's hospice.
BITC Time to Read/Time to Compute
Capita Managed IT Solutions' employees individually assist 8-11 year olds from schools with literacy skills and ICT skills, providing support to the teaching staff and impacting positively on the child’s overall confidence and abilities.
